This video features proceedings from the "Invisible Giants of the Voting Rights Movement Coming Into View" women's conference held in Selma, Alabama on March 3-4, 1995. The conference was sponsored by The National Voting Rights Museum and SCLC/W.O.M.E.N. The purpose of the conference is to highlight the history and stories of unsung women in the civil rights movement.The Atlanta University Center Robert W.
