Jackson, Assistant Secretary for Metropolitan Planning and Development of the Department of Housing and Urban Development spoke to the live and radio audience at SCLC's Operation Breadbasket's Saturday meeting and said that the federal government was responding to the plight of Contract Buyers Le members to change their unfair housing contracts to fair mortgages.
