A civil rights demonstrator is arrested in New York City in an effort to block traffic to the World's Fair. Civil rights demonstrators trying to block traffic to the fair's opening ceremonies lay down on the street and at least one car was reported stalled and pushed out of the way by police.The Atlanta University Center Robert W.
