A student who desegregated West End High School sits in a car whose window is broken from a rock that was thrown at it as the students were leaving the school. Caption on photo reads: (BM5) BIRMINGHAM, ALA., Sept. 11 -- CAR WINDOW SMASHED -- One of two Negro girl students who desegregated West End High School in Birmingham sits in car and is partially framed by broken auto window.
