The DNR has determined the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS), published November 13, 2018, is adequate. This means that the state's environmental review process is now complete. Our basis for that determination is contained in the Record of Decision. In making its determination, the DNR considered public comments on the adequacy of the Final SEIS and the three adequacy criteria contained in state law: Does the SEIS analyze the topics identified in scoping? Does the SEIS respond to comments received on the draft? Did the DNR follow the process established in state statute and rule for preparing an environmental impact statement
