The global market for cloud gaming is growing rapidly. To reap its benefits, researchers and practitioners need to understand how gamers evaluate the quality of this emerging form of cloud service. Existing literature has focused predominantly on examining the technical infrastructure and aspects of cloud gaming, overlooking the evaluation from the perspective of individual gamers. Therefore, the primary aim of this study is to develop and validate an instrument for cloud gaming service quality.
