Employee creativity is mainly influenced by personal and contextual factors. However, in digital transformation, many mindsets as a new kind of factors differing from traditional factors are proven to have an impact on the usefulness of employee creativity. Given the diversity of mindsets shift, researches lack consideration of the ensemble of digital and organizational contexts in actual business.
