PERILAKU REMAJA PUTRI DALAM MENYIKAPI MANAJEMEN KEBERSIHAN MENSTRUASI DI SMP NEGERI 9 KOTA PALU

The practice of maintaining personal hygiene during menstruation is an important behavior in health, especially for young women. Based on the preliminary study, the researchers found facts that showed that SMP Negeri 9 Palu was the school most indicated to be very unfriendly to Reproductive Health for adolescents, especially in the Menstrual Hygiene Management (MKM) for young women at school. , broken doors, and clogged latrines. The purpose of this study was to determine the behavior of adolescent girls at SMP Negeri 9 Palu in responding to reproductive health at school, especially Menstrual Hygiene Management. This type of research is qualitative using the Rapid Assessment Procedure method or the type of research conducted in a short period of time. Informants in this study consisted of key informants, 1 UKS Officer and 1 Health Promotion Officer at the Mabelopura Health Center, Ordinary Informants consisted of 4 Teenage Girls Students at SMPN 9 Palu City, 1 Peer, and 1 Teacher. As well as additional informants consisting of 1 parents of teenage girls at SMPN 9 Palu City, with the total number of informants in this study were 9 people. Collecting data through triangulation techniques, namely in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation using interview guidelines. The results of the study showed that the 8th grade of the 8th grade of the SMP Negeri 9 Palu City, in this case the Menstrual Hygiene Management at school, was still very low where the right information had never been exposed, both in terms of terms and in-depth education on menstruation and Menstrual Hygiene Management itself, because That's the application, how to respond, and how to overcome problems in MHM in students at school are still very low.   Keywords  : : Students, Youth, Menstrual Hygiene Managemen
