Dizertačná práca sa zaoberá skúmaním rôznych prípadov, ktoré môžu nastať pri meraní zvyškových napätí pomocou odvŕtavacej metódy a ktoré sa odkláňajú od ideálneho stavu, pre ktorý je táto metóda odvodená. Aby mohli byť posudzované rôzne stavy napätosti, rozličné geometrie či materiálové vlastnosti meraného telesa, bol pomocou metódy konečných prvkov vytvorený výpočtový model simulujúci odvŕtavaciu metódu. Prvý skúmaný prípad sa týkal valcových telies a chýb, ktoré môžu vznikať pri použití odvŕtavacej metódy na telesách s rôznym polomerom zaoblenia povrchu. Okrem posúdenia chýb pre rôzne stavy napätosti, bol navrhnutý aj postup, pomocou ktorého je možné spočítať homogénne zvyškové napätie po hĺbke odvŕtavaného otvoru pôsobiace v telesách s v...
