Tato práce se zabývá analýzou těkavých organických látek v dechu pomocí hmotnostní spektrometrie. K přímé analýze dechu byla použita hmotnostní spektrometrie s přenosem protonu (proton-transfer reaction mass spectrometry; PTR-MS). K nepřímé analýze byla použita plynová chromatografie s hmotnostním detektorem (gas chromatography-mass spectrometry; GC-MS) a opět PTR-MS. K odběru vzorků dechu k nepřímé analýze byly použity Tedlarové vaky. K extrakci a předkoncentrování vzorku dechu byla použita mikroextrakce na pevné fázi (solid-phase microextraction; SPME). PTR-MS analýza proběhla jak kvalitativně, tak kvantitativně. GC MS analýza proběhla pouze kvalitativně. Pomocí PTR MS bylo nalezeno 7 různých těkavých organických látek a byly srovnány jej...
