PROBLEMATIKA IMPLEMENTASI E-LITIGASI DALAM PENYELESAIAN PERKARA DI PENGADILAN AGAMA SLEMAN PADA TAHUN 2021

Through the implementation of Supreme Court regulation Number 1 of 2019, teh Religious Court of Sleman has its problem in the implementation of e-litigation electrinically. The Religious Court of Sleman has just finished a few things that come from January until December 2021, it recorde only 32 cases or amount 6% that already conductes e-litigation from the total 536 cases that include e-Court. This research aims to answer a set of problems: 1. How is the implementation of e-Litigation in 2021?, 2. What are the attempts of the Religious Court of Sleman for e-litigation effectively and efficient. The research method used is field research with collect the data directly in Religious Court of Sleman and interviews the judge, operator admin of corner table e-Court, lawyer, and some people who have finished their case in Religious Court of Sleman. The approach in this research question through field research is a sociological juridical approach that is with answering the research question through field research. The theory that uses are law system theory, law effectiveness theory, and expecdiency law. From the result of his research that was already conducted, it can conclude that set of the problem from implementation of e-Litigation in the Religious Court of Sleman are technical obstacles in the system that often to trouble and an application system that is not perfect yet. If measured based on the theory indicator of Lawrence M. Friedman, there is one substance that does not fulfil there is society law culture in implementation of Supreme court regulation Number 1 of 2019 and based on the theory indicator Soerjono Soekanto, so there are 2 factors that still having trouble is the factor of the society and culture factor as of it couldn’t be said effective to realize simple justice principle, fast, and low cost. To attempts in the enchancement of implementation of e-Litigation in Religious court of Sleman done by some way: Facebook, Twitter, and via web court, and the existence of corner table of e-Court in the court to help the parties who feel confused
