Organizational crisis management through sensemaking and sensegiving: A systematic review of literature

El presente trabajo busca analizar la gestión del sensemaking y sensegiving en las crisis organizacionales con relación a entornos turbulentos empresariales. Por lo que se planteó una investigación de tipo cualitativo con la que se identificaron los términos relacionados con crisis organizacional empresarial, y se tuvo un acercamiento de los términos de sensemaking y sensegiving, y su gestión en las crisis organizacionales. Como conclusión, se pudo determinar que el rol del sensemaking y sensegiving en las crisis organizacionales es fundamental, pues constituye una metodología de abordaje e intervención en la construcción de ambientes laborales estables, seguros y estructurados.This work seeks to analyze the management of sensemaking and sensegiven in organizational crises in relation to turbulent business environments. Therefore, a qualitative research was proposed with which the terms related to business organizational crisis were identified, and an approach was taken to the terms of sensemaking and sensegiving, and their management in organizational crises. In conclusion, it was possible to determine that the role of sensemaking and sensegiven in organizational crises is fundamental, since it constitutes a methodology of approach and intervention in the construction of stable, safe and structured work environments
