Preface for the 8th International Conference on Information Management (ICIM 2022)

Preface ICIM 2022 It is our tremendous pleasure to introduce the Proceedings of the 8th International Conference on Information Management (ICIM 2022). The event was held online and on-site at Cambridge, England, the United Kingdom, from the 25th to the 27th of March, 2022. One of the meaningful strategies and valuable dimensions of this conference has been the way it brings together researchers, scientists, academics, and engineers in the field from different countries, and enables discussions and debate of relevant issues, challenges, opportunities, and research findings. The primary focus of ICIM 2022 is to provide an excellent platform for the participants to share and exchange brilliant ideas of original research, and to build international links. We deliver our promise on helping create a bright picture and charming landscape for the areas of information management, systems and applications. We received submissions from China, United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, Oman, Malaysia, Germany, New Zealand, Philippines, Sweden, Thailand, France, Peru, India, Kuwait, the United Kingdom, and other countries. These accepted papers provide good examples of current research on relevant topics, covering intelligent information systems and management, technology and management, enterprise operation and management, data science and computational analytics, international economy and trading, commodity economics and services, industrial production and management, and industrial manufacturing and logistics. The success of the conference is due to the collective effort. Special thanks go to our invited speakers, and other professors, researchers and practitioners. In particular, we would like to express and record our gratitude and appreciation to the authors for their contributions.
