Therefore, the markets are becoming more and more competitive each day. It is harder for companies to be good performers. Realizing this fact, they are trying to have the highest contribution from different sources they have. This includes the financial sources as well as people. However, there is an important success key that should not be disregarded. These are the suppliers where 40- 60% of the total sales of manufacturing companies are spent. Knowing this, the companies should choose and use their suppliers at the highest maximum performance.
