The case happened to be in the middle of the nineteenth Century, with the creation of the New Kingdom, that of the Serbs-Croats-Slovenes. New state was created in the Balkan Peninsula, after the fall of the two Empires, that of Ottoman Empire and that of Austro-Hungary. At the end of twentieth Century, national ideologies reappeared again and disillusioned the state.
