Many protocols and applications in wireless multi-hop networks indispensably use broad- casting to delivery messages to all nodes in a network. Wireless routing protocols such as DSR, AODV and ODRMP broadcast route discovery messages, and many application protocols exchange query and response messages by broadcasting. Hence, the efficiency of broadcasting is critical to efficiency of these wireless protocols.
