International audienceRecognition becomes a key concept that actors in organizations require increasingly. Moreover, the concept of recognition is increasingly sought by managers and HR specialists to analyze the overall desires of people in organizations in order to lever the performance of human resources management. In this paper, beyond a more comprehensive definition of recognition, we present an analysis of the influence of the size of organizations size on the recognition expectation.
