e present a new CPMAS method that allows the acquisition of through-space 2D HETCOR spectra between spin-1/2 nuclei and half-integer quadrupolar nuclei in the solid state. It uses rotor-synchronized selective pulses on the quadrupolar nucleus and continuous-wave RF irradiation on the spin-1/2 nucleus to create hetero-nuclear dipolar coherences.
