In this work, the cou pled par tial dif fer en tial equa tions of mo men tum con ser va tion equa tions are solved with a non uni form lat tice Boltzmann method. The en ergy equa tion is discretized by us ing a fi nite volume method. Sim u la tions show the abil ity of this de - vel oped hy brid method to model the ef fects of con vec tion, and to pre dict trans fers.
