The millimeter wavelengths are a promising frequency domain for the design of very high data rate telecommunications systems, automobile such as anti-collision radars, imaging or even medicine. The design of these radio frequency systems requires high-performance passive circuits (filters, antennas, couplers …) and active components (transistors).
