In the first chapter, we present agency theory and stakeholder theory to identify the the firm's stakeholders. In the second chapter, we develop a paradigm based on power legitimacy within the firm.In the second part, we aim at understanding how pragmatic, cognitive and moral legitimacy are intermingle with a view to gaining stakeholder's support.
