Modern systems of telecommunication touch an increasingly large audience, this induces unrelentingly an intense use of the microwave spectrum. To avoid saturation of the available services, specifications on the systems are increasingly demanding and these drastic constraints are deferred on the various elements and in particular on filters. In this PhD dissertation, we present a new technology of filters, the objective is here to improve the electric performances of the filters without giving up the ease of realization of these circuits.
