International audienceEven in the more recent intelligent industrial systems equipped with distributed, holonic and multi-agent architectures, design approaches do not take the human operators as a matter of priority to face unforeseen or delicate situations. This approach currently used in industrial engineering and called techno-centered design approach, do not explicitly take the humans into account (or very partially) when the system operates correctly, but supposes the human is endowed with “magic capabilities” to fix difficult situations.
