Nowadays, language teaching is based on an anthropological vision of culture according to which foreign language acquisition becomes a mutual enrichment of language and culture repertoires of individuals. Besides, literature holds an essential position among the components of a country’s culture. However, the linguistic complexity of a literary text requires more time for its pedagogical use than other authentic documents. Consequently, it is less likely to be used systematically in class.
