Protein-protein interactions (PPIs) represent a vast and complex network of intermolecular relationships essential for organism, in which they control a wide range of biological processes. This network plays a vital role in the initiation and progression of cancer; hence, its understanding is crucial for identifying the key functional modulators of tumor progression and metastasis, and for the therapeutic intervention.
