The impact of emotional intelligence on the level of hardiness

The article describes the analysis of the impact of emotional intelligence on the level of hardiness in the process of its development and the program to increase hardiness through the development of emotional intelligence. The article presents the results of an empirical study of the influence of developing emotional intelligence on the level of resilience of specialists of helping professions on the example of employees of employment centers of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Statistically significant differences in emotional intelligence indicators and all components of hardiness were revealed.Представлены анализ влияния эмоционального интеллекта на уровень жизнестойкости в процессе его развития, а также программа повышения жизнестойкости через развитие эмоционального интеллекта. Показаны результаты эмпирического исследования влияния эмоционального интеллекта в процессе его развития на уровень жизнестойкости специалистов помогающих профессий на примере сотрудников центров занятости населения Республики Башкортостан. Выявлены статистически достоверные различия в показателях эмоционального интеллекта и всех компонентов жизнестойкости
