Recently, ureteroscopic lithotripsy remains the standard treatment for urolithiasis, with postoperative febrile upper urinary tract infection (fUTI) being one of its most significant complications. The current study sought to investigate the treatment outcomes of ureterorenoscopy (URS), morbidity and risk factors of postoperative fUTI at our hospital.
