Due to the pandemic crisis, digital marketing became a trend that most of every business had to work on to gain the best performance for their business. The primary purpose of this research was to find out about the role of digital marketing in customer behaviour in Tourism and Hospitality during and after COVID19. With two parts going along together, theoretical and empirical parts are given the full views of the practice of digital marketing and the reality of how restaurant owners applied to their business through in-depth interviews.
