The current thesis project aims to create a business plan for the Finnish/Mediterranean cuisine-oriented restaurant-café located in the downtown area of Porlammi, Lapinjärvi, which has been a local café for 35 years. Mainly the literature list includes books about business plan development and sources used for the project's research process.
