Establishing a small sized business in Finland : Case: Home decor and handicraft products

The process of establishing small home decor and handicraft shop has been examined in this thesis. It also covers the entire methodology of establishing the business from the beginning to completion. Throughout this thesis, the emphasis on the importance of small businesses in becoming self-sufficient. This thesis aims to provide readers with an overview of setting up a small business in Finland. Creating jobs that are meaningful and satisfying was the goal of this thesis. There are two parts to the business plan: the theoretical framework, which describes the purpose of the business plan and descriptions of theoretical issues relating to futurism. A small business establishment is described in the practice part, which includes practical experiences and challenges. It also explains how to earn profit and run a business with little capital. Knowledge of theoretical concepts gives a clear view of how to make the practical elements of a business establishment. In addition, the solutions to possible obstacles in various stages and how they can be turned into progress are reflected in the paper
