The purpose of this thesis work is significant to improving the mental health of nurses and provides supports which may assist them to function efficiently at their workplaces. This thesis makes use of a systematic literature review as a methodology, and it aims to identify and explore interventions that decrease stress and burnout in nurses in a work setting. It may serve as knowledge base for nurses and health management organizations to know about workplace interventions that may be advantageous to nurses.
