Design Rules and Equations for Modern PCB Design

This thesis aims to study the basic techniques for developing printed plans, the mathematical justification of these techniques and their use in practice. This work consists of four main blocks: the main components used in printed circuit boards, their history and influence; recommendations for the design of printed circuit boards based on clarity rules, safety requirements and physics; justification of the rules using formulas and logical substantiation; examples based on self-developed PCB. The crucial logical block in this thesis is the PCB design rules. The history is used as a prerequisite to the current situation, the components are described as elements of a PCB and for the effects caused by them, and the development of the PCB is used to show those rules in practice. The main phenomenon behind the PCB operation is the electromagnetic field and the basic rules are aimed at preventing undesirable changes in the magnetic field, creating sufficient conditions for current transmission and the safety of the integrity of the device and the person. An integral part of the thesis is a review and analysis of the research in this area. The main method of work is to search for sources by keywords and search for articles on issues that arose when reading sources to find new keywords and material. The main problem was facts based on well-established old theories and myths, but thanks to the questions that arose when reading the material, it was possible to find modern articles to learn a better theory. The goal of the work in practical terms has been achieved-modern PCB design rules. The smart one is not the one who knows a lot, but the one who is interested in the causes of phenomena and knows that man is not God. Terrible things happen when people are sure they are right
