The purpose of the study is to analyze the leadership ability of Introverted people in a world where extroverts are considered to have higher qualities and more easily achieve success in management work. After that, the research will continue with the ideas and suggestions of effective methods for improving leadership ability for introverts. These methods are drawn from numerous studies worldwide.
