Peer feedback is one of the basic sections of professional development (Creta & Gross 2020). Peer feedback as an evaluation tool which may be useful in Finland. In the process of implementation, some factors such as cultural differences and training program may need to be taken into consideration. Thereby to benefit the employee’s satisfaction, their professional development and increase the qualitive of care for patients.
