Title : The influence of family caregivers on the health of the elderly

The rapid growth of the population aging trend and the increasing size of the elderly population have become a phenomenon that cannot be ignored in the development process, so the problems faced by the elderly in providing for the elderly cannot be ignored. The care of the elderly requires attention not only in the whole family, but also in all aspects of society. The aim of this study is to establish the influence that family caregivers have on the health of elderly persons. the purpose is to amplify the important role that family caregivers play in the care of the elderly and the resultant influence on the health of the elderly. The research data comes from three databases. Full text of Cinahl Plus, Medline and PubMed. In addition, I found two articles on the Chinese academic website Ixueshu that are very similar to the subject of this article. According to the inclusion criteria, nine articles were finally selected. Use content analysis for data analysis and result generation. The results show that providing home care can significantly improve and promote the health of the elderly, and home care has a significant impact on the mental health of the elderly. Home care not only helps to promote the physical health of the elderly, but also can significantly improve the life satisfaction of the elderly and relieve their depression. According to the literature review, the help and company of family caregivers are the best psychological comfort for the elderly and can improve their health. Despite the many positive results, home care also faces challenges, such as the pressure of home caregivers and the lack of experience of some caregivers in caring for the elderly
