Lean principles and Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology is working remarkably in the construction of a building. Lean promotes waste reduction, transparency, collaboration and adds value to the industry. On the other hand, BIM facilitates a platform for sustainable construction from commencement to completion. However, the existing building is not able to match the pace of the current trend. Therefore, the demolition and deconstruction industries are also growing. Although, demolition pushes more waste generation whereas deconstruction encourages the reuse and recycling of rescued materials. As demolition is not the solution when there is scarce of resources already at the same time not eco-friendly at all. Deconstruction emerge...
