This study aimed to determine whether different sources of social support play different roles in moderating job insecurity and its outcomes, identify which source of support is more important and whether there are gender differences in terms of interest variables between men and women. This research was intended to support business actors and employees from the trade, tourism, and hotel sectors by providing the necessary support to manage the consequences of work-family interference, job satisfaction, and turnover intentions associated with job insecurity.
