In this rapport I will take a closer look on historical narratives told in school. My purposewith this rapport is to gain knowledge about which narratives are told in history classesand how this effects the students. Which personal narratives students take with them intothe classroom are also interesting. I have, in my study, interviewed three teachers thatteach in grades 7-9. According to their answers I can establish that teachers use narrativesdifferently with different tools to present that not only the big narrative is important.
