Research question: What challenges exists in the internal supply chain of an ETO-producing company? How can OTE, 5s Kanban, Ishikawa diagrams, and 5 Whys contribute to a more efficiently controlled internal supply chain in ETO-producing companies? Aim: Describe how OTE, 5s, Kanban, Ishikawa diagrams, and 5 Whys can get implemented at one ETO-producing company to streamline the internal supply chain. Method: This qualitative study had a deductive approach, and the theoretical framework developed from a literature study. The empirical material could get obtained by a case study.
