Title: Nurse’s experience of spreading awareness about self-care regarding Hepatitis B in Bali, Indonesia: A qualitative study. Background: Three to seven percent of the population has Hepatitis B (HBV) in Indonesia and six percent in Bali. Patients who apply self-care are more likely to achieve health. Self-care is about hygiene and eating habits where the healthcare provider should support the patient. Dorothea Orem’s theory about self-care is about the relationship between patients’ self-care abilities and needs for nursing support.
