This report provides a comparative analysis of policies affecting the labour market participation of young refugees in the Nordic countries. Background statistics, secondary literature, policy evaluations and legal documents from Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden are used to generate an overview of Nordic policies affecting employment in the immigrant population. Four policy areas are analysed:a) the right to work, b) integration through labour, c) youth guarantee and d) financial support
