The African Continental Free Trade Area Agreement (AfCFTA) was signed on 12 March 2018. The Agreement forms part of Africa’s vision 2063. It seeks to integrate African countries’ economies, in order to facilitate economic development. The Agreement is ambitious in its intent to promote the economic development of vulnerable people in African societies, such as the youth, women, and people with disability. But do African youth to win in terms of implementing AfCFTA? This article provides an affirmative answer to this question.
