The Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) pathway enables trainees to develop their CBT competencies and to meet the BABCP Level 2 Minimum Training Standards upon qualification from doctoral training. The paper outlines trainees’ experiences of the pathway, including its strengths, challenges, and future recommendations.</p
