International audienceThe spatial and territorial aspects of a major crisis management on an urban territory (provoked by a high magnitude earthquake for example) is not frequently approached by the geography. The crisis management of such a situation consists, from the spatial and territorial point of view, in putting in relation on one hand the places where are located the resources that allow to answer the crisis situation, and on the other hand the places affected by the disaster needing assistance.
