The Rule of EU Law: The Evolution and Scope of the European Constitutional Project

The focus of this book will be on how the EU has adopted the notion of the rule of law, initially a national construct, and how it has transformed it, monitored its application and exported it to its Member States and international partners. In a nutshell, the book will provide insight into the Europeanisation of the rule of law and its reinforcement at the domestic and international level
