Organisational culture of self-government and non-profit organisations and its influence in achieving the objectives

This diploma thesis is focused on the organizational culture of self-government and non- governmental organizations and its impact on the goals set for the Housing First project. Civil society organizations, public administration, organizational culture, and the project itself are discussed in the thesis.
