It points out, primarily, how the parents of premature babies are satisfied with their lives and which areas of life are most important for them. The theoretical part describes the quality of life from different perspectives and methods by which quality of life can be evaluated. It also deals with issues of neonatology and the specifics of care for premature newborns. The second, empirical part is focused on research using the MGI and SEIQoL methods. The main goal was to find out and assess the quality of parents life with premature borned baby and to reveal the factors that affect their quality of life
