The subject of the bachelor thesis is to make proposal of an improvement remuneration of employees in a ABC s.r.o. Bachleor thesis is is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical foundations based on professional publications oriented on employee remuneration. It is followed by the second part, where is analysed current remuneration system and the impact of internal and external factors on the company. The last part of the work focuses on improvements to this system
