Proposal for Changes of Motivational Programme in a Company.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the motivational system and proposals for changes to this system in the Czech Radio Brno, using a quantitative research method. The aim of the translated graduate thesis is to propose acceptable changes in the motivational program of the enterprise for the training of qualified employees, which will allow further development of the selected organization. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts relating to motivation, the system of remuneration and overall remuneration. The second part contains an analysis of the current incentive system of the selected enterprise. As part of the data collection, a questionnaire survey was conducted to find out the employees ' satisfaction with the existing incentive program. The results of the questionnaire survey show that employees are to some extent satisfied with the current remuneration system. The last part of the work focuses on 6 possible proposals for improving this system
