The bachleor thesis is dealing with the system of remuneration for employees in the selected organization and the proposal for its amendments. In the first part, which is theoretical, the terms related to employee remuneration are summarized. These terms are based on professional publications. The second part is focusing on the analysis of the current remuneration system and the impact of internal and external factors on the organization. In the last part, there are suggestions for improvements and innovations
